 Trenton, NJ:  – Governor Phil Murphy today declared that New Jersey will enter a state of emergency at 8  on Tuesday ahead of tomorrow's anticipated nor’easter, authorizing the State Director of Emergency Management to activate and coordinate response and recovery efforts.
